1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting JoyNest's entertainment center at Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai, or by accessing our website at joynest.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, visitors and website users. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not visit our premises or use our website.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
JoyNest is a family entertainment center open to guests of all ages. However, certain attractions have minimum age and height requirements for safety purposes:
- Trampoline Park: Age 4+ and minimum height of 90 cm. Children under 8 must be supervised by an adult.
- Soft Play Zone: Age 1–8 years. Older siblings may enter to assist but must not use equipment.
- Rock Climbing Wall: Age 6+ with a supervising adult present for under-14s.
- Arcade Zone: Age 5+. All ages welcome with parental supervision.
3. Safety Rules & Guest Conduct
The safety of all guests is our highest priority. All visitors must comply with the following rules:
- All participants must sign a waiver form at entry (parents/guardians sign on behalf of minors).
- Certified jump socks are mandatory for the trampoline park and must be worn at all times.
- No food or beverages are permitted inside activity zones (except the café).
- Proper sportswear is required. No high heels, sharp jewellery or inappropriate clothing.
- Dangerous behaviour, rough play and non-compliance with staff instructions will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
- Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
- JoyNest staff have the authority to enforce all safety rules and their decisions are final.
4. Supervision & Responsibility
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of children in their care at all times within JoyNest. While our staff are trained to assist, they cannot replace parental supervision. JoyNest accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or incidents arising from:
- Failure to follow posted safety guidelines or staff instructions
- Unsafe behaviour by the guest or their party
- Pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed to staff
5. Health & Medical Conditions
Guests with medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, back/neck injuries, recent surgery or pregnancy) are advised to consult their physician before participating in any physical activity at JoyNest. It is the guest's responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions to our staff prior to participation.
6. Liability Waiver
By entering JoyNest, guests and/or their guardians acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves inherent risk of personal injury. JoyNest Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property while on our premises, except where caused by our proven negligence under applicable Indian law.
7. Photography & Recording
Guests may photograph and record videos within JoyNest for personal use only. Commercial photography, filming or drone operation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from JoyNest management. JoyNest reserves the right to photograph and record activities within the premises for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform our staff.
8. Lost Property
JoyNest accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Secure lockers are available at the entrance. Found items are held for 7 days. To enquire about lost property, contact supp@joynest.com.
9. Website Use
The content on joynest.com is for informational purposes only. All text, images and branding are the intellectual property of JoyNest Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission. We strive to keep information accurate but make no guarantees as to its completeness.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
JoyNest reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or premises constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
